Organic Garlic is part of the onion family which also includes chives, leeks, and scallions. It is native to Central Asia and northeastern Iran, and has long been a common seasoning worldwide, with a history of several thousand years of human consumption and use. In chilly regions, Garlic (Persian Garlic) is planted at the end of the winter and harvest time is at Augusts first. Persian Garlic has strong spiciness, a milky white flesh with a firm texture, and naturally bright color with clean roots. It does not have any burnt, moldy, or dirty skins and doesn’t have any mechanical damage.
